Mother and daughter of the dryad race I'm creating for my project. They live in the forest and live from the sun and water sources.
Among other oddities, the flower on their belly is attached to where we humans have our navel. Number of petals give their age (in dryad years ^^). It's also where dryad babies are born : when pregnant, the flower closes up and grows, nurturing the baby. When pregnancy is over, the flower blooms, offering the baby to life.
